Changing geofences on ProxiPass passes

  1. Login to your account on
  2. Go to Pass…Coupon Cards (assuming the campaign you want to change a geo-fence for is a coupon campaign)
  3. Select the campaign in the list on the left
  4. Scroll down on the right to “Set locations where passes activate on phones”
  5. Flip the ‘enable’ switch for a new location, change an existing location, or switch an existing one off
  6. Set “override location” to On
  7. Enter the Latitude, Longitude. You can use Google Maps to enter a street address and get the resulting lon/lat
  8. Select the “geofence trigger" checkbox
  9. Enter under “relevant text” any text you want to show in the notification for this location. Note you can set a different text for each geofence
  10. Scroll back up and Press “update” to update the campaign. Your update should be pushed to all issued passes so they will trigger at the new geofence(s) and new passes that are installed will have them also.
